KIA pro_cee'd - the presentation of the model in Ukraine took place in May 2013 at the SIA auto show. At the same time, the company announced Ukrainian configurations, as well as power units for our market. Initially, the three-door will be delivered to us only with a 1.6-liter gasoline engine, paired with a six-speed automatic. The maximum engine power is 130 hp and peak torque is 157 Nm. With an automatic transmission from 0 to 100 km / h, the proseed accelerates in 11.5 seconds.
In Europe, you can also choose a 1.6-liter turbodiesel with a capacity of 128 hp as a power plant, but such modifications will come to us only after the saturation of the European market, where cars running on “heavy” fuel are traditionally in high demand.
And if the range of engines for the new KIA pro_cee'd cannot yet boast of diversity, then the equipment in which the three-door is delivered to Ukraine may well be. KIA pro_cee'd is imported to us exclusively in the top version, so by default the car is equipped with six airbags, road stability and hill start assistance systems.
In addition, the package also includes equipment that is often found in cars of a higher class - a heated steering wheel, dual-zone climate control, cruise control, LED daytime running lights and lights, adaptive xenon headlights, power folding mirrors, multimedia (AUX , USB, Bluetooth) with color display, rear view camera and six speakers. A panoramic roof is offered for an extra charge.
It is noteworthy that the dimensions of KIA pro_cee'd are no different from the five-door cee'd. Nevertheless, the rear of the three-door is made according to a different recipe - an understated roofline, a modified tailgate, and a tightened bumper. Specially for KIA pro_cee'd, the headlining is made of black material, giving the interior sportiness.
Serial production of KIA pro_cee'd has been established in Slovakia.
