European Kia Picanto looks the same as the Korean Morning. The hatchback will receive an updated bumper, grille and new 14-inch wheels. An additional chrome trim for the dashboard and air ducts will appear in the car's interior. An additional bonus will also be an optional multimedia system with a 7-inch display.
It has a new shape of the front and rear bumpers with a branded radiator grille, different optics. There are more changes inside: the front panel is decorated differently, which received a chrome edging of the “wells” of the speedometer and tachometer scales, and the seats received a new texture of fabric upholstery, which can be decorated in three colors - black, brown or red.
In addition, the manufacturer has provided a "sports package" with more "aggressive" features of body kit elements and different color options for interior design of the car. Although the engine will remain unchanged in this version, Kia will offer 252mm brake discs as an additional option instead of the stock 242mm ones.
The engine range of the novelty will remain unchanged, but will meet the environmental requirements of Euro-6. In Europe, the car is available with a 1.0-liter engine with 69 hp, as well as a 1.2-liter 85-horsepower engine.
For the first time in the model's history, the Kia Picanto received speed-limiting cruise control and a navigation system with a 7-inch multimedia screen. Among the familiar equipment - heated front seats, mirrors and steering wheel, ABS with braking assistance, power accessories, climate control and much more. There is only one equipment on the market, with a 1.2 engine (85 hp) and a four-speed "automatic".
