KIA Ceed SW (sports wagon) - the second generation of the station wagon, which debuted in March 2012 at the international auto show in Geneva. The current generation has changed significantly in appearance, the quality of finishing materials and ergonomics are no longer inferior to often more expensive European classmates.

The main advantage of the station wagon compared to the KIA cee'd hatchback is its trunk, the volume of which in the normal state is 528 liters. With the rear seats folded down, the cargo space can be increased to 1,642 liters.

Motor selection is very simple. Modifications are supplied with a 1.6-liter gasoline engine (130 hp) and a 1.6-liter diesel engine (128 hp). Both motors can be aggregated with six-speed "mechanics" or automatic.

The basic equipment of the station wagon, unlike the hatchback, is not supplied to the market. KIA cee'd SW is available in two versions - Mid and Top. At the same time, the diesel version of the model is offered exclusively in the medium configuration Mid.

Thus, the standard equipment of the station wagon includes ABS anti-lock brakes, EBD brake force distribution, 6 airbags, dual-zone climate control, an armrest between the front seats, an on-board computer, Flex Steer technology that allows you to select one of three preset steering modes (Normal , Comfort and Sport), cruise control, power windows for four doors, rain and light sensors, heated front seats, AUX, USB, the ability to synchronize mobile phones via Bluetooth, a CD / MP3 radio with 6 speakers and even a heated steering wheel rim.

In the top configuration, the model is additionally equipped with an electronic parking brake, ESP stability control systems, hill/descent assistance, an improved instrument panel with a color LCD display, an armrest and an air deflector for rear passengers, folding mirrors, and 16-inch alloy wheels.

Serial production of KIA cee'd SW has been established in the Slovak city of Zilina.
